Opi is looking for the ideal land to build the ALKAMIA Facility. It will hold the true energy of mother earth so all can connect and feel safe and at one with all the surroundings. At present OPI is looking at a vacant lot with a ravine, beach rights and 10 acres of farm land to grow organic produce.

The facility will consist of two timber buildings from Pine Ridge Homes.
Geneva - 3150 square feet
Steep, sloping lines and an octagonal room with a turreted roof lend the Geneva its charm. But it's the layout and extras that will pull you in and make you want to stay. In only a modest 3,150 square feet, this retreat has room for a vaulted timber hall with a hammer beam that showcases the beauty and strength of natural wood. With enough space to hold the grandest of gatherings and workshops, a butler's pantry makes it easier to keep the food prepped and ready to serve. A two-story library with floor to ceiling windows provides the perfect spot for sharing special moments and toasting life's blessings.

The second floor of the Geneva houses three treatment rooms and two baths, including a private treatment room with its own bath and sauna, making finding space for relaxing guests easy. An oversized media room provides room for smaller workshops and meetings, cozy seating.

Tuscany - 2120 square feet
An arch is one of the strongest supports in nature. At the very center sits the keystone, a piece integral to the strength and integrity of the arch. The Tuscany will be just that kind of support, the home that holds IT all in place.

The English cottage exterior, arched windows, long sloping roofs, and natural material siding, speak of coziness and warmth. Yet the interior has space for all the normal activities a family demands, including a space for the children or guests.

Double front doors welcome you. A study on your right and the great room on your left meet the moods and needs off all the occupants – enter the hub of family life in the kitchen and great room or take a few quiet moments in the study. The second bedroom takes up the second floor with a bathroom, and a loft that can be used as an extra play area if needed. Away from the noise of children, the master bedroom and guest room are located off the dining area, with a large bathroom and an extra entrance to the study.

To complete the picture, a well-located mudroom and half bath occupy the space between the kitchen and two-car garage. The garage has a gently sloping roofline and adds balance to the overall structure.

Alkamia invites couples to exchange vows in a charming century atmosphere. The majority of the weddings take place in the dining room/morning room area. This area can accommodate up to 25 people. In the spring, summer and fall months they may choose to have their services outside, under one of the apple trees in the beautiful park setting. The cost of our services is very reasonable. Weddings are $200.00, weekdays, evening or weekends. Weekend appointments include Sundays after 1:00 p.m. These prices cover the rental of the house and the services of the officiator. A cash deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm your appointment.
  Ministers of different denominations perform the services and, although they are clergy, they can provide a non-religious ceremony. Please note that the throwing of flower petals, rice and/or confetti is not permitted on the premises, inside or out.
24 hours notice is usually sufficient, but couples interested in weekend appointments should book early, as Saturdays and Sundays are very popular days. Sunday weddings must be confirmed on or before the previous Wednesday.
